Functional Analyst

About this job

You will be responsible to do the analysis of new third-party integrations in a specific application. You will translate business needs to specific solutions. Best practices for analysis combined with a pragmatic way of working is required to quickly achieve sustainable results.

What will you do?

• Translating business requirements and integration needs into solutions and specifications.
• Best practices with regards to analysis, combined with a pragmatic way of working
• Collaborating with development teams to interface-related tasks to improve methods of integration and/or adapted functionality to achieve the customers’ needs
• Facilitating conversations about processes to document end-to-end business processes and functional requirements
• Working with a team to build digital solutions and experience in communicating and working with different stakeholders in the project team, from technical to non-technical profiles
• Working within an enterprise environment
• Working within an agile environment/scrum team
• Creating user stories
• Creating processes, customer journeys and user flows
• Documenting screen specifications
• Working with documentation tools (confluence, JIRA)
• Working with collaboration tools (Miro, Figma, Figjam)
• Know how to work with modeling languages (UML, BPMN 2.0)

Who you are

• You have around 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• To the point, communicative, team player, no nonsense attitude and knowing how to work independently
• You have an end-user first and entrepreneurial mindset
• You can draw abstractly and develop wireframes
• You take ownership, lead and take our team to the next level with your input
• You are open-minded, an excellent communicator, listener and analyser
• Strong interpersonal skills
